SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
We offer the choice of shipping using Australia Post. Where available, we offer online tracking.
Please provide a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery during business hours.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You can see pricing on the available shipping options by entering your post code into the freight calculator.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and are subject to the limitations of our third party carriers.
All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we despatch the products. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES & BANK TRANSFERS
If you have paid by bank transfer, please add up to 72 hours to your order to allow for processing and clearing of funds. Bank transfers will extend delivery times.
LOCAL PICK UP POLICY
If you have selected local pick up as your distribution option, you must show the original order upon collection. It is acceptable for you to allow another person to collect on your behalf as long as they can show a copy of the original order receipt, either printed or on their phone.
