2023 Spring Rosè Shiraz 

Vintage 2023, due to it's long, slow and even ripening, nurtured a very special parcel of Shiraz from our Dedication block. 

Harvested exactly eight weeks before the fruit for the Dedication Shiraz, this little parcel was chosen as winemaker Bronson Kies felt it would lend itself perfectly to our Spring Rosè.

He was able to find the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, by picking the fruit at 10.5 Baume, in the cool of the night.  

Having tasted it there is a beautiful continuity in flavour profile from the 2022 Merlot.

This vintage has a distinct raspberry and cream character, with a crisp acidity on the finish, which makes it the perfect accompaniment to spicy dishes.
