2024 Deer Stalker Shiraz 6 PACK

The 2024 Deer Stalker Shiraz is truly something special. A vibrant purple hue, raspberry lollies on the nose and a rounded chocolatey finish, this limited run Shiraz is likely to go quick. Especially if the popularity of it’s brother, the Deer Stalker Merlot, is anything to go by.

It is a unique style in the Barossa. It is fermented in stainless steel and the result is little tannin which leaves it light and devourable.

This stunning red wine can be chilled right down, without tightening up and producing a bitter finish. It is designed to be served at room temperature or cold.

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES:

Appearance: bright brilliant magenta with a pink/purple hue

Aroma: very clean and rich. Confectionary raspberry and plum with subtle hints of spice

Palate: very clean and linear, great balance with confectionary red fruits. Great texture with a luscious round finish.
