2024 Deer Stalker Shiraz

The 2024 Deer Stalker Shiraz is truly something special. A vibrant purple hue, violets and cinnamon on the nose and a rounded chocolatey finish, this limited run Shiraz is likely to go quick. Especially if the popularity of it’s brother, the Deer Stalker Merlot, is anything to go by.

It is a unique style in the Barossa. It is fermented in stainless steel and the result is little tannin which leaves it light and devourable.

This stunning red wine can be chilled right down, without tightening up and producing a bitter finish. It is designed to be served at room temperature or cold.

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES:

Appearance: Garnet ruby with a purple hue.

Aroma: Vibrant violets, confectionery, ripe strawberries, star anise and cinnamon.

Palate: Ripe strawberries. Linear with a round finish. Light tannin with a juicy mouthwatering finish making you want to go back for another sip.
