Iris White Muscat

This hidden barrel of White Muscat has been maturing at the original Kies Estate at Hoffnungstahl for 40 years.

Iris Kies, was there at the beginning of Kies winemaking in 1969, and worked incredibly hard (in the vines by day and managing the books at night) during the Karrawirra Wines era. 

The backbone of the Kies family, Iris' support and love is felt by her family, which is now five great-grandchildren strong.

This rare White Muscat, laden with caramel due to it's age and lifted by stone fruit character on the front palate, is a fitting tribute to a wonderful Mother, Nanna and Great-Nanna.
