TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep opaque with purple hue.

Nose: Floral lavender, baking spices, mint leaf, and toasty oak.

Palate: Blackberry, blueberry with dark chocolate spice; super round with a long textural finish. Great tannin structure and mouthfeel, this wine is dry but presenting some fruit sweetness.

Cellaring time: 20 years

Sourced from the most sought after vines on the Kies Estate, this wine spent 24 months in 100% new Shenandoah American Oak. This wine is best suited to honouring someone special in your life that is looking down on you from above.
