Beautiful Polly came into the world after some tough times and this dry Sparkling Rosé Shiraz is a fitting tribute; vibrant and bubbly just like it’s namesake.
The nose boasts aromas of strawberry and cream lollies, but don’t be fooled this beauty has a crisp dry finish. One bottle will not be enough!

Love this sparkling rose. Lovely fresh taste and a hint of strawberries. Sorry I didn't buy more on our tasting tour.

I have tried quite hard few Sparklings whether from Australia, Spain or France and this has to be my absolute favourite.

This would have to be the best sparkling Shiraz Rose I have ever had. Taste just like a strawberry fizz lolly. So easy to drink and great on a hot day. Love it ❤️
