An elegant Tawny that is balanced with notes of caramel and walnut. The palate is laden with chocolate and lifted with elegant honey notes. The finish is long & complex with lingering nutty characteristics. Perfect with an antipasto platter, or creme brulee.

This is a great tawny style fortified, I have been barrel aging this at home for about 2 years and is just getting better as it ages. Need a bigger barrel
